21 weeks

So I am 21 weeks and haven't posted any preggo pics yet. I am definitely growing. Things are going great with the pregnancy, just the typical morning sickness and heartburn.

We have a name for our little girl...Lila. Not sure on a middle name yet, but am glad we have a first name to call her.


Averi loves to hug and kiss my tummy regularly. She is SO excited about this baby!

Mia's 6 Year Checkup

Mia had her 6 year checkup today. She is overall healthy but still pretty small for her age. He wants to keep an eye on her weight over the next couple years but said she is most likely just petite since she has a healthy appetite and eats well for her size.

Her statistics are:

WEIGHT: 36 LBS. (5th percentile)
HEIGHTH: 42 IN. (10th percentile)

Averi's 4 Year Checkup

Averi had her checkup today and unexpectedly had to get 5 shots. Supposedly schools have changed the age requirement from 5 years to 4 years. Anyways, I was completely shocked how unphased she was by having to get them. She climbed right up on the table and laid down and giggled.

Of course once the shots started she cried but as soon as they were over she was right back up running around and playing. The funny thing was Mia was way more traumatized by all of it than Averi was. She continued to cry for 5 minutes after the shots were over even though Av was already over it. She said "I do not like to see my little sister getting hurt". So there I was comforting Mia instead of Averi:)

Here are Averi's stats from her checkup:

WEIGHT: 29.5 LBS. (5th percentile)
HEIGHTH: 40 IN. (50th percentile)

Overall very healthy...just built like her daddy. We call her noodle because she's long and skinny:)
