Averi's Party

We had a Strawberry "Corcake" birthday party for Averi at Oak Mountain last Saturday. It started out being very windy but warmed up after a little while and everyone had a great time.

First we all met at the petting zoo...Some of the kids were a little scared of the overly-pushy goats, but were okay with the confined animals in the barn and the adorable baby goats:)







We then headed up to the pavilion for snacks and riding bikes...

These cupcakes looked beautiful at first, but the whip cream started melting immediately:( Oh well, the kids still loved them!



I made strawberry shortcake for the adults...


Jon gave the kids rides in our bike cart...














Heading home with her presents:)

Back home & happy...
