Mother's Day

I have had a fantastic Mother's Day. It started out with a incredible church service. Jay & Jeanna had Parker dedicated today. He looked adorable and did great...

Then we headed over to Jay's parents' house for lunch after church to celebrate his dedication. The food was wonderful and we had a great time.

And hanging out with Mimi...



We came home and everyone (but me) took naps. Then Jon took his mom and I out to dinner at Cafe Lazio which is one of my favorite little Italian restaurants in Patton Creek. We sat outside and had a really enjoyable time.


Jon & the girls bought me this beautiful bouquet of my favorite kinds of flowers...

And my sweet dad also bought me a bouquet of gorgeous yellow roses...

Mia made me this sweet card at church and informed me it was "just for mommy". Jon got me a really nice card too that made me cry of course:)


All in all a much better Mother's Day than last year when Averi had a 103 degree fever and tonsillitis. We spent the day in the doctor's office after we had been up with her all night.
